At the end of summer, the harbor in Gustavsberg, just outside Stockholm, transforms into a vibrant center of sailing excitement. From August 29-31, 2025, Allt på Sjön will take place there – Sweden’s largest floating boat show. This unique event has been attracting thousands of visitors for years, both passionate boaters and entire families who want to experience the archipelago atmosphere and see the latest industry trends up close.

The Virtue Yachts team will appear at the event together with our partner PS Marin AB (distributor of Virtue Yachts for the Swedish market) and we’ll present to the public the newest model in our brand’s offering – the Virtue V10 Cabin, a premium year-round vessel with twin Mercury V8 Racing 2×300 HP engines. You’ll find us at booth B48, where you can get up close with the V10 Cabin model.

Festival of boats and marine innovations
On the waters of Gustavsbergs hamn, approximately 200 floating vessels will be presented – from elegant sailing yachts and modern motorboats to luxury catamarans. Many of these are absolute premieres, as manufacturers gladly choose Allt på Sjön to showcase their novelties to Swedish and Scandinavian audiences.
The good news is that visitors don’t have to limit themselves to viewing vessels from the dock – most boats are available for boarding, and some can even be tested as part of the “prova på” program. This is a unique opportunity to experience how to operate an electric boat, small sailboat, or fast RIB vessel.
One of the more interesting attractions of this year’s edition will be the opportunity to ride the legendary Stridsbåt 90 – a fast landing craft used by the Swedish Navy.
Openness and Swedish tradition
The show has been organized since 2011 by the industry federation Sweboat, in cooperation with the local Värmdö municipality and Värmdö Motorteknik company. Year by year, the event has grown stronger – in the 2024 edition, 230 boats and offerings from 70 industry companies were presented.
Importantly, both admission to the show and parking are free. This is rare in the world of large exhibition events and one of the reasons why Allt på Sjön is considered an open and friendly event that attracts a broad audience.
In the last weekend of August, Gustavsberg becomes the true capital of Swedish sailing – a place where innovation meets tradition, and passion meets family atmosphere.
