From 914 September 2025, the French Riviera will once again transform into the world capital of sailing and yachting. The Cannes Yachting Festival, recognized as the largest in-water boat show in Europe and one of the most important global events for the luxury yacht industry, will attract tens of thousands of visitors, manufacturers, yacht owners, and boating enthusiasts. Cannes Yachting Festival – a key event on the boating calendar
First held in 1977 (originally under the name Salon de la Navigation de Plaisance), the Cannes Yachting Festival quickly established itself as the most important in-water boat show in Europe. Today, it is a true international celebration of the yachting industry, attracting tens of thousands of visitors from across the globe each year.
The festival has become a global stage for world and European premieres. In 2024, around 700 boats were presented. It is also a hub of innovation, featuring dedicated eco-zones (Innovation Route) and initiatives promoting sustainable development.

This year’s edition promises a wealth of attractions:
- Nearly 700 boats on display, from 5 to 50 meters – including sailing yachts, motorboats, catamarans, rigid and semi-rigid inflatables.
- The prestigious Vieux Port, the beating heart of motor yachts, offering test drives, premieres, and the latest technologies.
- The innovative Port Canto marina, dedicated to motorboats up to 12-13 meters, with 170 boats on display (140 in the water and 30 on land).
